The WONEGG Automatic Feed Pellet Machine is designed for poultry farms, livestock operations, aquaculture facilities, feed processing workshops, and agricultural users who produce animal feed from their own raw materials.
This flat-die pellet mill compresses prepared feed materials into uniform pellets suitable for a wide range of livestock and poultry. Depending on the selected model, production capacity ranges from approximately 100 kg/h to 1500 kg/h.
Overview
The machine operates using a flat-die pelletizing system in which specially treated alloy-steel rollers compress raw materials through a hardened die. Friction generated during operation helps soften the material, allowing it to be formed into dense feed pellets without requiring complex processing equipment.
The finished pellets are discharged automatically after compression, while pellet length can be adjusted by modifying the cutting mechanism.
