Warranty Policy — 1-Year Limited Warranty (CocksMachine UAE)
CocksMachine provides a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and electrical defects under normal use.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical defects / functional issues caused by manufacturing
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Incubation performance, hatch rate, chick survival, or hatching results
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, power surges, water/dust misuse, or user error
- Normal wear and tear, consumables, and cosmetic damage that do not affect operation
Service Type
Warranty service is repair-only. Replacements or refunds are not provided under warranty.
How to Request Warranty Service
- Contact WhatsApp support and provide order details, serial/model, and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will guide you through inspection and the repair process
Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
- If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing/electrical defect → shipping is covered by CocksMachine
- If the issue is caused by misuse/installation/user error → shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
