CocksMachine provides a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and electrical defects under normal use.
What the Warranty Covers

Electrical defects / functional issues caused by manufacturing
What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Incubation performance, hatch rate, chick survival, or hatching results

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, power surges, water/dust misuse, or user error

Normal wear and tear, consumables, and cosmetic damage do not affect the operation
Service Type
Warranty service is repair-only. Replacements or refunds are not provided under warranty.
How to Request Warranty Service

Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing/electrical defect → shipping is covered by CocksMachine
