1. How long does delivery take in the UAE?
Delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your emirate.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, Cash on Delivery is not available. All payments are processed securely online.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

4. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty includes a 1-year electrical warranty covering electrical component failures only.

5. How can I use the warranty service?
The incubator must be sent to our service center located in Sharjah Industrial Area 2.

6. Can I return the device?
No. Returns are not permitted due to biosecurity regulations.

7. Do incubators guarantee hatching success?
Hatching success depends on egg quality, temperature, humidity, and user experience.
The warranty does not cover hatching failure.
