Return & Refund Policy — CocksMachine UAE
At CocksMachine UAE, we comply with strict health and bio-security regulations applicable to egg incubators and poultry-related equipment. To protect customers and prevent disease transmission, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return & Refund Eligibility (3-Day Window — Factory Seal Unopened)
A return and refund request may be submitted within 3 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unused

The original factory seal is fully intact and unopened

The product has not been installed, tested, powered on, or operated

The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals
If all conditions are satisfied, the return request will be reviewed and, if approved after inspection, a refund will be issued.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within up to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless damage during delivery is confirmed at the time of receipt.
Non-Returnable Conditions (Bio-Security Compliance)
Due to biosecurity and poultry health regulations, returns and refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

The factory seal is opened, broken, removed, or tampered with

The incubator has been used, installed, tested, or operated

The product is returned without original packaging or with missing parts or accessories
