• All incubators must be installed and operated strictly according to the official user manual. • CocksMachine is not responsible for any damage caused by: – incorrect installation – misuse or unsafe operation – unauthorized modifications • Misuse voids the warranty automatically.
3. Warranty Limitations
• All products include a 1-year electrical warranty, covering electrical component failures only. • Warranty does not cover: – hatching failure – damage caused by poor egg quality – damage due to mishandling, accidents, water, humidity, pests, or power issues • To use the warranty service, the customer must send the device to our repair center in Sharjah Industrial Area No. 2.
4. No Returns Policy (Bio-Security Requirement)
Due to strict bio-security regulations and the risk of disease transmission between birds, products cannot be returned under any circumstances once opened or used.
5. Limitation of Liability
CocksMachine UAE is not liable for:
• Losses caused by misuse or failure to follow the official instructions • Hatching failure or biological results • Indirect or consequential damages • Losses related to shipping delays outside our control
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
